Out of Reach 2008: Rental Housing and the Current Crisis Thursday, July 24 at 2:00 p.m. EDT Danilo Pelletiere has been the Research Director of the National Low Income Housing Coalition since 2003, where he is particularly responsible for the Coalition’s data analysis, public opinion, and rapid response research efforts. He is the author and co-author of over 30 published articles, book chapters, and professional reports focusing on transportation, economic development and housing policy including the Coalition’s annual Out of Reach report, one of the most cited sources on local housing costs in the United States. Danilo received his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and his Ph.D. in Public Policy in 2003 from George Mason University, where he continues to teach and research as a Senior Fellow at the School of Public Policy. Keith Wardrip has been a research analyst with the National Low Income Housing Coalition for 3 years. His analysis of Census and other housing datasets informs the Coalition’s mission of ending the housing affordability crisis for the nation's lowest income households. He earned his M.A. in geography at the University of Colorado, with an emphasis in urban studies and affordable housing. During his graduate studies, Keith worked at the CDBG and Affordable Housing Office in Longmont, CO. Keith also holds a B.A. in geography from the University of Kentucky. |
